...Stop weighing myself! I stepped on the scale this morning, down 2lbs!! I'm wondering if I just fluctuate so much that I need to not weigh myself at all! Just continue with the low cal days and my exercise plan. I think that may be the way to go. It's too disheartening and could be ultimately detrimental to my progress to scale watch. So, I think I'll just stay off for a while and continue with my routine.
Last night was Wk2day2 and I have to admit it was MUCH easier the 2nd day. I think I'll probably do the week 2 program maybe twice more before moving on to week three. Definitely hurting more after each run, but the sense of accomplishment is still there! And yesterday I didn't even clock watch through the running parts which was a huge step forward! Makes it go by quicker if you're not staring at the seconds ticking by.
My oldest is sick, I actually left work yesterday at 11:30 to pick him up from school. Poor little guy, not sure what the problem is, just the fever and he says he just doesn't feel good. Although if you ask him what hurts, he'll give you the typical 3 year old answer, everything or nothing. :) Anyway I was hoping to run earlier yesterday but had to work when E was napping and then had to run to the store for meds and extras for dinner, and then get Chase. So I ran at 8:20 or so, did an extra 5 minutes warm up walk, just cause i was listening to my music! :) I LOVE MY iPOD!!! :) Done by 9 and watched Criminal Minds. I am hoping to eventually move the runs to the AM so that I can have my evenings free, but I want it to become a habit before I start monkey'en with the schedule!
