I swear I don't know how it is possible that according to the scale, I have gained 2.5lbs this week. It's extremely disheartening. I've stayed below 1200 calories for the past three weeks, I've exercised, at the very least 3 days a week for the past 3 weeks and yet the scale says I'm up 2.5 lbs.
I try and console myself by saying that while loosing weight is definitely a motivating factor, the ultimate goal is to just be healthier. With all the health problems that are circling my family and myself, I owe it to my children, my husband and my self to do everything I can do to remain healthy and fit. But if I'm being honest, it's extremely depressing to see the gain this week.
Oh well, enough with the whining, tomorrow is another day!......right......
